Hey Rockstar,

This recording was done with a Motu 8 preamp fire-wire recording interface, in our tiny downtown Toronto Jam Space. 6 Channels where dedicated to drums, two were for guitar and Bass. All music was tracked live off the floor and Pete was not playing to a metronome or click track. Vocals were then tracked after the recording through a condenser microphone.

The whole process took us approximately 48 hours total from playing to posting on myspace. Recording engineer Shawn Bolta provided the mics, the computer, and the know how to make it sound as clean as posible. He's like the band doctor, always making house calls! I couldn't believe the isolation he was able to get in that tiny room. It was Amazing. Once his schedule frees up we will be using him again to record the next set from our ever growing catalouge.

As far as gear goes, Neil played through an Ernie Ball Stingray into a Yorkville head with Ampeg Cabinet. I played an Ibanez j-Custom RG8270 into an Orange Rock verb 100 loaded with jj's and orange vintage 30 cabinet. Pete smashed on an old Pearl Drumkit with sabian cymbals.
